My husband lived in Spring Hill apts for seven months and I joined him for the last three. During his first four months there was a leak problem in the apt above his and his ceiling ended up falling down onto his tv and entertainment set. As soon as he notified the maintenance of this, it was repaired immediately. While I was living with him we had a serious plumbing problem adn the sinks and toilet were backed up along with the connecting apartments. In less than an hour I found the maintenance guy and he was very friendly and notified me that he would be right in to do what he could to fix it (ie, he poured acid down the drain and let it sit). Discovering that he could not fix the problem with his attempt of acid, he said he would have RotoRooter come right over. Two hours later my toilet and sink drains were working just great. I was impressed with the speed, friendliness, and informative-ness of the maintenance guy in the Dodge. Just before we moved out (our jobs relocated us) I was impressed withthe major improvements being made on the grounds (ie, laundry room).
As for the manager, I would agree with the other review comments.
Sure, the apartments are older, slightly vintage-looking kitchens, and there's bugs ( who doesnt have bug problems), but everyone makes mistakes and for Goose Creek apartment living, Spring Hill ain't that bad.

ps, my husband and i never encountered inadequate parking, nor crime incidences while we were living there. Just heard stories of the irresponsible children over the holidays...but hey, they're everywhere, and they're just kids.
