I just wanted to inform anyone who is reading these reviews about some new changes at Spring Hill. I am the new property manager I took over this position at the beginning of December 2003. I also have a new assistant manager to help me make some improvements to the property. Please know that the office is open during normal business hours to help with or listen to our residents concerns. We are going to great lengthes to make Spring Hill Apartments a great place to call home. Although this may take a little time I believe we have a great office staff to make this possible. Also any maintenance repairs that are needed or have been neglected in the past are being addressed in a timely manner since the management has changeed. With this being said I look forward to possibly meeting some future residents.
