I am the new property manager and I plan on reviewing this website as often as possible, so that I can get the opinions of our tenants. Upon reading the two latest reviews I would just like to say that we have done everything possible to make this tenant happy. His carpets have been professionally cleaned twice I have waived his pet fees and he has an updated refrigerator. Unfortunately from reading his and his girlfriends reviews he is still not satisfied. Unless I give this person a totally new apartment I do not see anything that I or my staff can do. Once again I just want to say that we are making Spring Hill a great place to live for the residents who want to make this their home.
