i have lived in these apartments for the past 8 months and I have found that the benefits FAR outweigh the negatives. When I moved in, it was obvious that this was an older building, but care was taken to make it feel like home. Yes, there are some things I would like to have: a washer/dryer in my unit but those things cost MONEY and to have that option is gonna cost you month after month or all at once. After weighing my options with other complexes in my area, I found this one offerred me and my family (husband and two small dogs) far better options than anything else in the area. The staff is attentive, flexible and cares about thier residents. For the price you pay each month, its well worth it.
