Just saw a murder case on Court TV that happened in room M-13 back in 1989. A woman named Anna was beaten to death in that apartment by her boyfriend while her infant daughter laid beside her. Very spooky stuff! Just wanted to warn anyone looking to rent there!

Did this person just seriously give a bad apartment rating to a complex because of some murder that happened in 1989?! That happened almost 2 decades ago.....ummm, how is that relevant to someone wanting to know about the follow-up on maintenance? Or the cleanliness of the grounds? You failed at life.

ON THIS CASE. MY NAME IS AURYIELL. I KNOW FIRST HAND ABOUT THIS APARTMENT. FIRST AND FIRMOST. WHEN I WAS BOUT 7 WE USE TO LIVE IN SPRING HILL APARTMENT M-13. AND GUESS WHAT THAT ---- WAS SPOOKY. FOR SUM REASON ME AND MY SISTER USE TO SEE SPIRIT AND IT WAS OF A WOMAN WHO WAS BEATEN. MY MOTHERS WAS ONE OF THOSE GOD FEARING WOMAN WHO MADE AN INVESTIGATION ABOUT THE ROOM. COME TO FIND OUT WE WAS STAYING IN THE SAME ROOM AS THE MURDER SO TO ANSWER THAT QUESTION BOUT MAINTENANCE I AM SURE THAT THE ROOM IS GOOD AND ALL BUT ---- LAST I BEEN THERE I SAW SPIRITS NOT A GOOD FEELING OKAY.
