The person who wrote that last review doesn't know what they are talking about. First off, there is no "deposit" at Spring Hill for the manager to "not give back." There is an administrative fee that is less than a third of a months rent, they had to know that it was non-refundable when they signed the lease agreement (it's in the contract a few times). Second, they don't bill any damages to ex-tenants unless it was extreme circumstances. So if they were charged extra then they must have destroyed the place! Also, most of the time when a tenant complains of something that needs to be fixed, the staff will ask if they have called in a work order for that... most of the time they say "no!" How is maintenance supposed to know something needs to be fixed if you don't report it' More than likely the person who wrote that last review was evicted for non-payment of rent... They God they're gone...

What place gets a perfect score.... Office staff was perfect and soo is mintenance.... HMMMMMM. Anyway I have seen the roaches...... they are german roaches... it takes at least 3 month to get rid of them. They are the worst roaches to have... How do i know.... My boyfriend is an exterminater and he told me not to move there.... MANAGERS SHOULDN'T LEAVE COMMENTS....
