The conditions here have been steadily deteriorating for the past few months. The dumpters are always overflowing with trash and a number of neighbors have complained about pest problems. Despite the work they're doing to dress-up the outside, the interiors are still filled with bad plumbing and old appliances. The staff responds to any complaints with a chipper "We're working on it!", but nothing changes.
