This is a terrible place to live.
Everything inside is old and moldy. The grounds are kept marginal in that they look good but get close and you see the trash. On the topic of trash the new trash compactor has only served to increase the piles of waste left laying about. The walls are paper thin so you hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do. Often I am woken to the sound of car alarms and in fact 2 seperate friends have had their cars burglurized while parked overnight. On top of it all is the office staff that is terrible. If I owned the place I would demolish the entire facility and fire the people that work there. It should probably be condemmed anyway but it is in Goose Creek, SC where standards are quite low!!!
