We're coming to the end of our 6 mo. lease. There have been problems with bugs, but management have sent the pest control company immediately. Management does not enforce a clean-grounds policy. Tenants are allowed to dump trash and cigarrette butts over the balconys. The maintenance staff is not sufficient. Leaks are left for weeks. We have been left with an unuseable bathroom for 2 weeks now. The office staff is nice, but obviously they do not have the means to keep the facilities up to a reasonable standard.
