Maintence sucks

i just thought i'd post this and hope that people actually read it
i haven't had a/c for about 24 hours now and maintence sucks i put in a service request yesterday soon after i noticed it and no one came out till about 11am this morning and he glanced at it said he doesnt know whats wrong with it and i will have to wait for the other maintence dude to come over and he hasn't shown up yet
also i've noticed alot of bugs
and i have to agree my neighbors upstairs keep throwing trash and it lands on my balcony
over 5 cars have been broken into within my 9 month lease
my lease is almost over
