Looks can be deceiving! When we first checked out this apartment building we thought it would be good place to set up a temorary address. We were WRONG! At first the management ladies seemed nice and eager to help us in any way. As soon as we signed the lease and had a small problem they started showing their true colors. The maintance crew would walk in ANY time UNANNOUNCED! They even would give the exterminator a key without telling me that there was a scheduled appointment. I felt very unsafe and very violated! The maintenace people don't have a clue how to fix anything. We had a drain in our tub that would not drain correctly, so you would stand in a foot of water when you took a shower. It took them a week to even come look at it and then when they did they gave us a plunger to fiz it. It DID NOT fix the problem! When it came time to end our lease they tried in any way possible to get extra money. $50 fines for the most unreasonable things. We payed extra to end our lease early because it was that bad of a situation. This is not a proper management team and beware, looks can be deceiving!
