This place has a good location and that's about the only thing nice I can say about it. We're paying high rent for what was suppose to be an upgraded apartment. Our apartment doesn't have any new appliance in it and we've had problems with almost every appliance in there. The big problem is that the maintanence staff sucks. They don't resolve any of your issues. The service sucks yet the rent rises. If you decide to move here, then don't expect to get what you pay for because you won't.
