I moved in a few months ago. I was lucky to get all new appliances and carpet. However, I felt like other things were in terrible shape. For example, the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms look horrible (water damaged and old).
When I first moved in, I didn't have too bad of a problem with noise. Now, however, it's terrible. I can't hear the people next to me, but the people above me, you can hear their every move. I get to know when they are flushing the toilet, taking a shower, or worse (in the middle of the night I have been awakened by the sound of creaking). I think it keeps getting worse as time goes by.
Bugs are pretty bad too. I keep my kitchen clean, but there are still little roaches and flies everywhere.
I know I will not renew my lease beacuse of the noise and bug issues. However, I do like the pool and the location of the apartments. The price isn't terrible either.
