The rooms are very well sound proofed and the one bedroom is still very spacious. It is super safe and the Furman police patrol the grounds periodically. I never felt unsafe here. new place - October 2011. This apartment has a new name now its called the "AUGUSTA ROAD APARTMENT" Way back then its got a bad reputation. Old not remodeled.No patrol people. They just accept anybody. But with the new name, new owner you need to look for yourself.
