I enjoyed the apartment when I first moved in but after a while it became ridiculous. I had a bottom apartment and started getting leaks in two different places from upstairs. I am a very clean people but I started having problems with roaches and mice because there are so many unsealed openings in the buildings. The bathrooms really need remodeling. The counters on both sinks had stains that would not come up. If the buildings had work done on the outside then this would make things much better. The apartments are cheap but I found something much nicer for the same price. The location is convenient. They came and sprayed for pests every couple of months but that did no good. The apartments do have a nice layout and a lot of closet space. Also, there are no washer/dryer connections and half the time the on-sit laundry has machines that are broken. These may be good for young people or someone just starting out but I don't recommend them to anyone looking to make a home.
