This apartment complex engages in numerous practices which are unethical and which should be illegal.

They claim a 60 day notice for a 6 month lease. I am not aware of any other apartment complex which does that.

For a late payment, they require a month to month payment for that month even though its under lease in addition to &75 in late fees. A total of several hundred dollars for one day late.

They will fabricate damage that does not exist. They accused me of oweing $1200 in carpet damage from pet damage. There was never a dog or cat in that apartment ever. It was a total fabrication upon their part. This is fraud and a scam to get money more money from the renters. A total fabrication on their part and a scam that they obviously run. I had a coworker with an almost identical experience.

As far as the charges were concerned... what was the outcome after speaking with the staff? I am in a similar situation right now as well, any advice would be helpful!!
