I stayed at Brighton Park for two years and am surprised to see all of the negative reviews. The office managers seemed nice and the apartment was fine (a good value). When I moved out, I was only charged $15 because I didn't clean one of the bathtubs. This may have been because I lived there for two years and never asked them to really do much to my place, but I thought it was very reasonable.
