This place was wonderful to live in. The staff was amazing! Andy is wonderful and friendly. The maintenance staff is friendly and caring. Everything is maintained despite the age of the apartments. They are clean and the noise level is low. The location is amazing. The pool area is awesome and we felt like we were on vacation living there. Family loved to visit us. The ammenities are great and there is even a running track attached at the back of the property (it goes with a public school) butwas great to use for running and exercising. My dishwasher was broken and they got me a brand new one in a matter of days. I can't say enough good things about this place. Even the people who live here made it feel like a community and family. We will MISS living here! Definately a positive experience. The ONLY negative thing is the hot-tub is usually NEVER hot enough and the metal pool steps are broken slightly. Other than that you get the feeling that the manager is ALWAYS looking for ways to keep the property looking great. They are putting new roofs on the entire property and they are constantly manicuring the lawn. Also, when you complain about something (dop poop left on the lawns from people not picking up after their dogs) the manager sends out a letter to all residents and it is addressed quickly. I guess I should stop, but that's how great this place is.....
