Colonial Village at Caledon Woods was a great value for the true convenience of being close to everything in Greenville. The staff was very personable and willing to work with us on any request. Noise and safety concerns were always handled immediately, which made the apartment community more of a home for 1 1/2 years we resided there. The grounds were maintained weekly, if not twice per week, unlike other apartment communities I have lived in the Greenville area. It was nice to wake up on a Saturday or Sunday morning and not have bottles and cans in common area of the apartment community. I have and will continue to recommend Caledon Wood to friends because of the value, staff, and location.
