I originally wrote a reveiw and realized that maybe I wasn't exactly being fair to the community. Everyplace has it's good points and its bad points.
Lets start with the good points:
I loved my apartment. The layout was perfect. There was plenty of room for everything. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath plan is huge and has a very large master bedroom. The closet space is large and I always had enough room for everything. You can easily fit a full sized washer and dryer in your laundry room and still have room to keep canned goods on the pantry shelves in there.
The office staff was always extremely nice to me. Susan was especially nice and has been there since I moved in. She even remembered my dogs name. She was very helpful to me with my paperwork and everything upon moving out.
Now everyplace can't be perfect....
I did have a few problems with the back pool. People like to jump the fence late at night. And the courtesy officer isn't always available to take care of the issue. But I realize that I chose to live next to the pool. There were a few parties that got out of hand in the club house, but I believe that the office staff took care of the residents the next day.
I did have an issue with my laundry room flooding, which the water seeped into the wall and the carpet of the bedroom. Maintanance wasn't too quick in coming to fix it. Also my dishwasher flooded all over the floor and I ended up having to fix it myself because they never came. I did get a warning letter one time from a very young maintenece member about my dog. It was completely untrue. I think she was just aggravated because he was barking at her.
As you can see, my only problems have been with the maintenance staff here. Although, I must say that they keep the grounds looking very nice and the apartments are very new so nothing usually goes wrong.
Overall, my experience has been enjoyable. I have recommended Caledon to the person who is replacing my position at my job, so that should say something.
