I have lived here at Caledon for a couple years. The staff in the beginning would go out of their way to help you-whether it was a small request or large. They were great! The current staff, which is completely new, is very rude and unprofessional. The new manager will not even speak to me when I walk in the front door-but expects one of the others to help me. I feel that I have been a model tenant, no late pays or noise complaints. I deserve to be spoken to, or is she too good for that' I will not be renewing my lease due to the fact that the current staff makes it difficult to enjoy where I live.
The community is great! Great floor plans, access to everything within walking distance and the views. Although the walls are thin, so it feels like everyone knows your business. Unfortunately the staff ruins everything the complex has going for it.
