Very rude staff, hard to leave complex

The property is pretty but very hard to exit onto Pelham road. In the mornings and evenings you will wait a long time to exit. The staff has turned over about five times since I moved in and they just get ruder and ruder. Submit items in writing because they will lose them and say it is your fault.

I agree- I have lived here for 1 1/2yrs and the staff are very rude and don't seem to care about the property or the residents.
