I lived in Colonial Village for over 2 years. The apartments were layed out very well and had plenty of space. But it was almost like the walls didn't exist at times and if you live by the stairs, be prepared to hear people stomp up and down them every single day. My biggest complaint was the lower pool. The staff left the pool speakers on EVERY day, which you could hear at night since the walls were so thin (and I lived 2 buildings away from the pool). Anyway, I ended up walking to the pool in the middle of the night and disconnecting the power from the speakers over 200 times during the timespan I lived there. Good luck.
Also, maintanence was a pain, I had to do almost everything myself, including fixing the entry door, air conditioner, and flooded laundry room.
