I have lived here for almost a year and have come to one conclusion. Houses are cheap in Greenville and everyone who can afford a house.... lives in a house. The remnants are scattered among the city's aging mega-apartment complexes like this one. It is full of folks with numerous children and young people with bad credit. The apartments are pretty nice, but you can hear a lot through the walls. Personally I have a mouth-breathing loser neighbor who thinks he's going to be a rockstar in northwest South Carolina. I get treated to his lame band practices at all hours of the night as well as him beating his girlfriend. When my lease expires, it's off to the suburbs for me.
