I have lived here for 1 1/2 yrs and love the apts-yet hate the new staff. Whe I first moved in, the management was great! They really cared about the staff and the property (especially Susan). The new office management (been here for a few months now), are the rudest people I have ever met-especially Kathy. From what I hear Kathy(asst. manager) and Tracy(property manager), ran their last apartment compex (used to manage Huntington Downs)into the ground. My friends who lived there used to call it the "Ghetto". It seems like they are trying to do the same here at Caledon. They have stated to me that they don't care about the property and it shows. The company managing Caledon Woods was recently changed to Ram properties, and I hope that they fire the local property management and get some nicer office staff that care. Until the office management changes, I do not reccomend the apts-they are ruining the once well-kept property. They are the only reason I would never again recommend Caledon Woods.

I lived at Huntington Downs while Tracy worked there and I think she was the manager there for like 10 years so I am sure she would have been fired if she messed it up that bad in 10 years.

Seems as though you may be a former employee name Aaron Thompson or someone that he knows. Kathy and Tracy both worked for the same management company for years, and I'm sure that they wouldn't have kept their jobs if they had been as bad as you say! I hope that your new community loves you!
