Trying to move out right now...They're are making it utterly impossible and I don't appreciate it. They're wanting 60 days notice if youu're not resiging the lease. That's none of their Damn business if i've fulfilled my obligation to the LEASE I SIGNED. I don't need to have obligations toward a lease I don't have. not to mention the staff is rude and inconsiderate about the entire thing.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the apt complex-it is in your lease to provide 60days notice if not planning to renew your lease. That is what most of the local apt complexes are doing. (it used to be 30days notice, but changed to 60days). I agree, the office staff are rude and incompetent, but your only option is to hope the new property management(Ram Properties) will let you out. You may want to check your lease to see if you qualify for any loopholes (ie, job transfer). Good Luck.

Exactly. 30-60 day notices are typical in almost all communities if your not resigning your lease. When you think about it, it makes sense. They need to know if you're moving out so they can advertise their availability 30-60 days in advance. Hello!
