Honest Opinion from many years of renting experience

We all moved here for a reason, maybe it was because it looked nice on the web, or the staff office looked good, heck the model apartment is beautiful.
The office staff was very nice to us at first. Once you move in they really are rude and the best way to describe them is anti-social. Most all apartment complexes are like that though, they are either rude upfront or rude when you move in. I would prefer they were rude all along because atleast you know what to expect.
If you have kids, this is not the place for you. There is no playground or open area for your kids to play, The kids here just kinda roam around the parking lots. (where ever this is open areas, it is COVERED in doggie doo. I have seen alot of people pick up after their dogs, but I have seen even more people leave it there. I think they should put up some doggie disposal units around this places.
There area so many new apartments in Greenville. If you are looking in this price range, I do recommend you look around, only because I think you can move into a brand new apartment with much better amenities for your price. I will not sign another lease here only becasue I have visited other local apartments wich much friendlier staff, newer apartments, and playgrounds for the kids.
