I actually enjoyed living at Caledon Court 3 years ago... however, I just got a call that I owed $45 from when I moved out and that they were turning me over to a crediting agency. I tried to go to Caledon to pay, but they wouldn't let me. I didn't want to pay over the phone until I knew that the agency was legitimate so I waited until I got the papers they sent. The move out report wasn't even signed by us and it is a bogus claim that we didn't clean the fridge and oven. But, there is no recourse and to try to keep my perfect credit clean I forked over $45. What a scam. They said it was paid and wouldn't be given to the credit report. Yet another lie... I was just in the middle of purchasing a house when my credit score dropped 100 points. They say they are calling to fix it on my report and admit it should have never have been reported. I'm still waiting for the fax that was suppossed to be sent earlier... We'll see. This place will come to haunt you even after you move out. Really, go somewhere where the people are honest.
