Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
This has to be one of the worst places to live. I live in a one bedroom and my water bill is close to $30.00 a month. That is insane. I am only one person and I don't use that much water in a month. For what I am paying now in rent I should be having the time of my life instead of the worst. I will be glad when my lease is up because I will be gone.
