I recently had a job transfer from charleston.. My (now ex) boyfriend and I came here for a weekend to look for an apartment.. I was told about the mall so we picked up a apartment guide book and found this place.. first off, we had to come back TWICE just to talk to someone because they were just TOOOOO busy with nothing.. we did like the updated style so we signed up for a lease together.. ahhhh!! well the staff were really helpful in getting me in here.. I moved up alone since my (ex) boyfriend and I had broken up.. Hes literally stalking me (NO JOKE) and told the office about it and to see about getting him OFF the lease since he DOES still live in charleston and has NO right here..and they said theres nothing they could do'' On another rant.. they say they stay open til 7pm on thursdays but they day i was schedule to move in (let you know, i totally paid in full this mth and had already had the apt ready and in my name days ahead from charleston on the 13th but couldnt move in til that thurs on the 16th do to finishing my job in charleston) i called while on the road ..no one answered.. called numerous of time waaaaaay before 6pm.. no one answered .. i finally arrived, uhaul and all and NO ONES HERE for me to get my key!!!!!!!! i had to rent a hotel room and get up first thing in the am.. As i did that, i got here before 9am, when they open. As the staff was arriving, i waited just a few minutes to let them settle in .. when i did walk in to talk to them, they were totally rude acting as though i was a problem for them..ANOTHER issue was how much i was going to pay''' i was told 3 different prices and still came out with something on the lease''' AND i constantly hear the people above me..like its a heard
