The office staff was polite and helpful when we were signing our lease. Since that day they've been the biggest pain in the ass. The office told us they keep all solicitors off the property but we have gotten quite a few knocks on our door from them anyway. When we reported it to the office they said there was nothing they could do to keep them off the property. Quite a big change from what they told us before we signed the lease. Trash is banned from breezeways as it should be. We live in an end unit and have to drive to the middle of the complex to the ONLY dumpster on the property! We were putting trash in the back of my roommates truckbed so we wouldn't have to walk half a mile to the trash every day! Management told us we couldn't put our trash in his truck! Because it was a common area. Pretty sure my roommate owns that truck, it's not public property. Management flips out about that yet, one of our neighbors leaves their stroller in the breezeway and their kids leave toys all over the yard!
Nails are coming loose on the stairs. I've snagged my shoe or pants on them several times and almost tripped! Also, our AC was acting up when we first moved in. Several times we reported it but the office only made excuses and blamed us for why it wasn't working. I have been treated rudely by the office staff on several occasions. this review is already too long to go into detail so i'll spare you.

All i have to say is DO NOT MOVE here! You'll regret it for the term of your lease! We still have 5 months on our lease and I can't wait until it's over!
