The office staff at Caledon Wood couldn't be more accommodating and friendly. Whenever I have had a question about my lease or requested maintenance they have been very understanding and knowledgeable. Their office is beautiful and they always have freshly baked cookies!

I lived on the second floor and sometimes could hear my neighbors romp up and down the stairs, though it really wasn't an issue. It is an apartment complex after all. If you wanted a quiet neighborhood you should move into a house. Surprisingly a few families moved into the areas so there were kids running around the tennis courts after school. A few retirees, but mostly young professionals or college students.

I unfortunately did have a lot of bugs :( but they sprayed once a week for free. Not being from the South I was told it was common and sure enough my bug issue went away once the weather got a little colder.

The pools areas are beautiful and the landscape is maintained very well. The laundry area recently was painted, which makes it look a bit cleaner. The move-in process was very smooth and my apartment was extremely clean. You can pay your rent almost up to a week after the first of the month, which is nice if you forget or have payday issues.

For an apartment complex in the area, Caledon Wood is gorgeous. The location is great and the facility is well maintained and safe.
