At best a small step up from the projects. The pests are unreal. The office staff are snobs. The maintenance staff are lazy and inadequate. The pool is green more than it's blue. The place has as much appeal as a two-bit hotel, with looks to match!

Maybe I expect too much for my dollar, but when Office manager was questioned about the condition of the pool,relative to the duties associated with her position, she responds with " ...if dehec knows the ph of the pool is out of range, they will shut the pool down completely ...be lucky you have a pool at all...". This is the type of leadership offered at this community.
I took the place at face value before moving in and find that to be a mistake. There are better values to be found very easily verses this choice.
Financial strains have made it hard to move again before now, my lease is up next month. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
