The parking situation is atrocious. Had a few young gentlemen try to steal my bicycles in broad daylight one Friday afternoon. I agree with the person who said it was one step up from the projects. I have lived in lower-income housing before and had less problems. The bugs are pretty bad, too. There are always several unsupervised young children in the parking lots and yards, playing very loudly. The 24/7 "security" is a joke, too! Don't count on them getting back to you anytime soon. And the laundry room "schedule" is never abided by either. Don't count on getting your laundry done on a weekend morning. Also, harrassed daily by construction crew working on leaky roofs. I do not recommend this place for single ladies!
