Sometimes I wonder if people know what they are getting into when they move into an apartment community. I agree, parking could be better, there are people from other countries and cultures all living in one place and yes, children do play outside and sometimes they are noisy. Welcome to Earth people! That's why they call it apartment living! If you want complete silence and convinient parking buy a house in the country. I have been living in these apartments for right at 3 years. In that time the management has changed, the maitenence staff has changed and even the company that owns the complex has changed. I have always found that the apartment manager, especially the current one, is helpful, caring and readily available for her tenants. They have pizza parties, and other treats for the tenants from time to time, as well as taking care of any needs a resident might have. the maitenence staff has had it's ups and downs, but right now I feel like they have an excellent team of people who respond in a timely fashion and take care of the issues at hand. The rent is very reasonable for the area. The schools are excellent. The apartments are older, but they are well maintained. I like it here and I reccomend it to anyone who is looking for a community governed more by customer service and good value than by glitz and glamour.

Even if your own experiences have been positive, you simply cannot discount the negative experiences others have had. Do you think they're making it all up? I also wonder if you would write the same things today (April 2008), since things have deteriorated so much at these apartments in the past couple of years.
