I came to this place in the middle of the day and checked it out. The price seemed really good, and the sample was very nice. The day I moved in I notified the management about many things wrong with my apartment. They never were fixed. I agree with every complaint in all of the negative reviews. By the time my contract was finished I was excited to get out. While I was there, I actually regretted going home at night. The management lies and has a bad attitude. My toilet leaked the entire time I was there. The oven and range smoked and sparked when I attempted to use them. Never fixed even after multiple calls. Neighbor's loud subwoofer shook my entire apartment late at night. At 1 am loud music was blaring from cars in the parking lot. I was harrassed by other tenants as I walked from my car to the apartment, whistling at me and saying things to me in spanish. Cars were broken into many times at night. Horrible parking. Just drop by at night after 10. Check out how little parking spots there are and look at the quality of the cars. You'll easily be able to tell this is ghetto type housing. If you're a single woman, don't even consider this place. Don't be deceived by initial impressions...this place is not worth 350 a month, yet they charge over 500. Look a little longer and you'll find a better deal, I promise.
