this property is falling down hill fast. right now its about 25-30 apts empty. i cant believe nobodys wrote anything about this place. water leaks from the roofs and everywhere else in the apts. its got very bad mold problems. 40% white 50% mexican and or hispanic 10% black and other. i worked there before and every day was a challange. the property manager is new to management and is looking for another job. NOT ENOUGH PARKING because of all the people living there thats not supposed to. maitenance staff picks up trash once every morning and its gaurenteed to be a 5gal bucket full or more of trash EVERY MORNING between 2 or 3 people. the owner wont put too much money into the property because he knows its trash. they buy the cheapest everything just to keep things running. by working there my quality of work went to a all time low. i just wanted to get things to work. didnt matter how it looked. carolina crossing still has original a/c's, stoves, and more and the prop is over 40! the windows are not secure at all. if i worked hard or not, it made no difference to the owner or a dent in the big pic of this hell hole. he lives in cali anyway so he knows nothing about all the roaches, foul smelling apts, people tearing up things and not caring at the property that goes on daily.
