I recently moved into Carolina Crossing, I should have read the reviews before hand about the staff. When I first viewed the apartment, the girl that showed me the apartment was rather snoody,she acted as if I was interupting her day, but I just passed it off and thought it wouldn't be a big deal, maybe she was having a bad day. Although when I signed my lease she still had the stank act going on, but I still moved in. Then a week after I moved in to my apartment managment changed (which I would have know that was bound to happen if I would have read the reviews before I moved in) I went to the office because, being that I had just moved in there were a few things that needed some attention. I was assured by the "new" managment that things were going to be different. Big shock they(the staff) are just as RUDE as the old snoody managment. Maybe the person or people that are in charge of staffing this apartment complex need to be let go and replaced. Because aparently the same type of people keep getting hired. Right now out side the apartments there is a sign that reads "WE love our residents" don't believe the hype! These people do not care about the residents here. I'm sure they know the history here as well, so they will be out of a job sooner or later and replaced with "new" managment once again.
