This has to be one of of the worst places to live in Greenville, it actually gives the beautiful Carolinas a bad name. Lived here over a year and there has been at least 3 managers leave because they dont know what to do with the place. Management is horrible. The building is very old and everything is falling apart. Roaches and bugs everywhere. Pest control dont have an idea on how to eliminate the pest problem. Current managementet doesn't not know what to do. Mailboxes are broken. There is crime, drugs and garbage area is hidious. Dont even pass by this place, you might get mugged.
