this is absolutely the ghetto. if you visit during the day it may be quiet but thats because no one has jobs and they sleep all day. when 6 o clock comes the bums come out, there either welfare bums or teenage thugs. yelling and drinking all night having a great time but thats what it is no use in complaining to the office acts as if they enforce rules but in reality this is the lifestyle here its what goes on theres nothing they can do. if you plan on living anything that resembles a normal life look elsewhere i made it three days
