ILLEGAL FIREWORKS OUT OF CONTROL!!!

This place is a zoo.

ILLEGAL FIREWORKS ARE OUT OF CONTROL!!! You cannot sleep at all here.

At night and on holidays, especially on New Year's and the 4th of July, it sounds like a war zone.

It is against local ordinances to set off fireworks at apartment complexes but the management is not enforcing it at all.

If you live here, you had better have adequate fire insurance.

It's only a matter of time before a terrible tragedy is going to happen here.

With management well aware of the problem, the lawyers are going to have a field day with the numerous lawsuits against the management company after the tragedy.

If they wanted to curb this type of activity, they should have the local police on hand during the holidays to make arrests.

THIS PLACE IS HIGHLY DANGEROUS.

DO NOT MOVE HERE.
