My name is Allison and I have been the property manager since February, 1999. Today I was made aware of some allegations from a previous resident that are untrue in a number of ways. Estates at Bellwood tries to provide a wonderful living experience for all our residents. We do have policies in place to aid us in providing the kind of environment we think our residents want. If we do have a problem with a resident, a pet, or a child, we will send notification to the resident of the problem. After a number of complaints of the same resident, yes we will ask you to move, but have never charged a resident a termination fee for us exercising our rights under the lease agreement.

The person making this review claims we care more about getting leases, than qualifying a potential new resident. This is an untrue allegation. All of our residents are approved in the same matter. Just as this person was.

As for the rest of the allegations, you will have to judge for yourself. Estates at Bellwood is a beautiful and clean community. The staff takes pride in what we do and offer. As all the residents know, the staff is open for any suggestions, complants, praise.
