I too lived at estates at bellwood for about 2 yrs, when we first moved in the office staff was wonderful and really made it a wonderful home... then allison came in.
The stories about the children being photographed without parent premission are very true, I would hardly let my children play out because I didn't feel comfortable knowing someone would be spying over them, same for my dog... he would too run out the door if given the opportunity and for the 30 seconds that would take to catch him..would come the mgt letter. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone.. and if you are already here I would advise that you review your lease papers very well, specially the move in inspection. KEEP THE COPIES OF MAINTENANCE WORK PERFORMED IN YOUR APT** or you will be charged for damage caused due to apt normal wear and tear, or appliances that come off due to not properly being installed, luckily I kept all the repair receipts and was able to *FIGHT off a great amount of what they said I owed for damages after I moved out. The statements about the man with the knife are true, I wouldn't be surprised if he is still there. overall I do not recommend these apts and don't be fooled by what Allison said.
