I lived there for about 1 year before buying a house elsewhere. The apartment I lived in was close to the front and was very nice. The biggest problem was the noise. Every car and truck that drove by our apartment hit the speedbump and would wake us up at all hours of the night. You could hear everything that went on outside. Nevermind the street light that was right outside our bedroom window. The children were not that bad...only a few who lingered around our door and went up and down the street screaming. We had no major problems with the staff. They did repairs when notified, but did neglect to repaint a majority of the upstairs ceilings after a water leak. This is a good place to live short term and if you are not interested in amenities, as you cannot access them because of fees and multitudes of children. As for the crime, I was not aware of anything going on throughout the complex. I have not seen any police within the complex, and as I said, I see and hear EVERY car and truck that comes into the community. The apartments are priced fairly for the city and are quite sizable in comparison to other apartments. Overall, it is above average.
