I have lived here at Estates at Bellwood for almost 5 months now, and I have loved every bit of it. I am totally shocked, like the last review before mine, that people would make such horrible allegations against this neighborhood. I do not believe ONE BIT of the bad reviews. Photographing of children''''' HA! It is a bunch of BULL. I see kids playing outside EVERY SINGLE DAY, and I have not heard of any complaints of managment, hiding behind a bush, and taking illegal pictures of them playing. It's totally rediculous. The person(s) writing the bad reviews probably are angry at the management for something. THOSE PEOPLE NEED TO GROW UP AND STOP ACTING LIKE CHILDREN. I like living here, especially with all the contests and stuff. For example, there's is a Halloween decorating contest for free rent this month.
The office staff is great. The maintainence staff is great. As soon as I call for a problem at my apartment, the maintainence folks come buy IMMEDIATELY and fix the problem, that's how great they are. Another example: I had an ant problem in one of my bedrooms. I called maintainence, and they went out, bought some ant killer, and sprayed it in the apartment. Not only that, they also called an exterminator to come by and spray pesticide throughout the entire apartment. I didn't even have to do a anything, management took care of everything.
WHAT THE HECK IS UP WITH ALL THIS TRASH ABOUT THE MANAGEMENT AND ILLEGAL PHOTOGAPHING OF CHILDREN!'!'!'!'! Whoever is writing all those false accusations needs to stop acting immature.
Yes, I do agree that amenities aren't entirely free. If you want to use the amentities after hours, you have to pay a $50 fee for a key. But that doesn't really matter because the office is open basically everyday.
Therefore, I consider Estates at Bellwood to be a great place to live. The apartments and staff are unbeatable. I am totally satisfied with the service I am receiving here, and I wouldn't mind staying for several years.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone.
