I lived at Estates @ Bellwood for 3 years and I truly loved it!!! It was very quiet and no one bothers you, and I like that. The main problem I had was with tenants that had pets. The tenants loved to leave their yards and walk over to mine for their dogs to do their business. I had a problem with that. Whats wrong with your own yard' The managers were great. The place always looked good and very well kept. I didnt like the trash bin area. It can look really bad and embarrassing at times. Maintenance repairs were done immediately, and if there was going to be a delay, management would let me know. I felt very safe living there as a single career woman.
