I've only been here since May, but so far I really love my new home.
The people in the leasing office are very friendly, and the grounds are kept clean. It isn't very noisy, and it really seems like a nice community. Neighbors are out often, walking by. It feels nice. :)
The apartments are in good condition. The only thing I had a problem with, they fixed immediately. (and it wasn't anything big.)
I highly, highly, highly recommend the Estates at Bellwood. I noticed they haven't had any comments left about them for a long time, so I had to add my two cents.
I'm not surprised though, because normally people leave comments if something is WRONG - like at my old apartment where they literally had over 100 comments - almost all negative.
