This complex is absolutely ridiculous....it is definitely not what it said it would be. For starters, Ive lived here since the beginning of the year, and have needed to have the maintenance person come out over 6 times for various problems...eg air conditioning, stove problems, plumbing issues, etc. They boast 24 hour on site maintenance at apartments.com, but that is far from the truth. They will ONLY come out M-F 9-5. We had numerous problems with our air conditioning, and had them out here three times for it, and still it was not fixed. Then, the AC just stopped working entirely during 100 degree weather. It had stopped on Friday night, so we paged the maintenance person who is supposed to be available 24/7, and they did not answer until the second day of repeat paging, only to tell us that they would not work on it until Monday. So we couldnt even be comfortable in our own apartment for the full weekend. Their suggestion to us was "open your windows". This would be fine, if it werent 100 degrees outside, and the windows were ENTIRELY unsafe to leave open even if you are home.
The complex does not let you feel safe about anything. We even park our vehicle near our windows, so as to keep an eye on it.
The maintenance crew also likes to do massive work on surrounding apartments without notifying those around. They were banging and pounding and yelling for a whole day above us without letting us know as a curtesy, from early AM hours to late in the day.
The surrounding neighbors are okay, depending on where you are located. For the most part, during the summer months, there will be lots of yelling and screaming and banging and kids throwing rocks at windows.
The pool is very small, and always loaded with annoying children.
Also, many people like to speed around the complex, and we have had about a half a dozen near-accidents in the last few months alone.
Also, the complex boasts that every person will get a balcony or patio, which we have neither of, yet we still pay the same rent as those that do.
The area is okay, but massive construction was just begun on the road the complex is located on.
The facilities are nothing to speak of, seeing as all are usually over run by children.
