I lived here for one year and it wasn't all that bad but not great either. Management did a great job and maintenence requests were processed quickly and efficiently. The only problem I had were my neighboors. They constantly smoked pot in their apartment and you could smell it as soon as you walked into the building. There were quite a few "dumpster divers" there as well. Overall it was an okay experience. Good choice if you need something with low rent.
