I am towards the end of my 11 year lease now and have had problems with this place beyond normal. during june i had to have 4 work orders because my ac went out, they couldnt seem to fix it entirely and i had to pay every time. i have never had a single roommate nor did i pass my key out what so ever, but when i had unexplained no force of entry breakins the front office told me to stop giving my key out. before i decided to look for a new place at the beginning of 09 i talked to the front office and the woman told me about a whole in my wall. i asked how she knew because it had happened a week before that, and i haven't had any work orders since july, she explained that maintenance had told her. i told her that was illegal and not on the lease, she raised her voice and told me to leave the office or she would dial the police. parking is scarce, and my car was stolen from the parking lot in july. i do not recomend any one what so ever moving here. its not worth the stress and the hassle.
